MY STORY
I started my career on the leadership side — in the room where decisions get made, watching which people had the relationships to move things forward and which ones didn't. That early view shaped everything I do now.
For the past 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of executive talent and human connection. As a Partner at Hunt Club, I help growth-stage companies and founder-led organizations find and land the senior leaders who can actually change trajectories — not just fill org chart boxes. And in my coaching and network development work, I partner with senior executives who want to navigate what's next with clarity, access, and a trusted thinking partner by their side.
